Agreed. If this were a matter of underage explicit art, I would support LiveJournal's decision. But LJ abuse stated directly that the picture did not violate the TOS in this manner- it simply lacked artistic merit.

Wow. WOW. Thank you for making it that much harder to defend you guys, to say, "Look, it's important that we understand where LJ/6A are coming from," to the naysayers and Chicken Littles out there. That's really... that's a piece of work, right there. As long as you're posting under that account, you stand in for the company who employs you, you know that, right? And this... this is... Notation that community info provides no listed "purpose." Further notation that recent events suggest LJ/6A has trouble dividing "fiction" from "reality." Explanation that hiding behind "fiction" is therefore not an acceptable excuse.

Wow. You know lots of people on LJ have linked to this comment of yours and are reeeeeally impressed. Good to see I'm right in my opinion that no one at LJ actually means it when they show concern for all the VERY upset customers who have been appalled by actions of this server.

You realise that not all of us even give a shit about 'fandom', but are still completely disgusted by your/LJ/6A's handling of the situation, right? Also nice to see you have to time to swing on over here and be snide instead of responding to comments from outraged paying customers.

The next time you make a 'clarification' post detailing how you've all changed the TOS overnight again and deleted some completely legal material, I hope you're prepared for all these little comments of yours to come back and bite you.
